QwickPe:
- Is not a bank.
- Is not a financial institution.
- Is not an NBFC.
- Is not a credit provider.
- Is not a lender.
- Is not a payment aggregator.
- Is not a payment gateway.
- Is not an e-commerce seller.
- Is not a merchant of record.
- Does not sell any products.
- Does not own any inventory.
QwickPe acts solely as a technology facilitator.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally capable of entering contracts.
- Be a resident of India.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
QwickPe reserves the right to deny access to any user at its sole discretion.
3. Account Registration
Users may be required to:
- Register an account.
- Verify mobile number.
- Verify email address.
- Complete additional verification if requested.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security.
- Keeping login credentials confidential.
- Activities conducted through their account.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:

Buyers must not:

- Manipulate transactions.
- Conduct off-platform settlements.
Violation may result in permanent suspension.
5. Cardholder Responsibilities
Cardholders acknowledge and agree that:
- They voluntarily use their own credit cards.
- They understand their bank's rules.
- They remain solely responsible for all card usage.
- They remain responsible for interest charges.
- They remain responsible for annual fees.
- They remain responsible for EMI obligations.
- They remain responsible for repayment obligations.
QwickPe shall not be liable for:
- Credit card blocks.
- Reward reversals.
- Cashback reversals.
- Bank investigations.
- Card suspensions.
- Credit score impact.
- Banking penalties.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces remain subject to the policies and terms of those marketplaces.
QwickPe is not responsible for:
- Product quality.
- Product authenticity.
- Product warranties.
- Delivery delays.
- Wrong items.
- Damaged products.
- Marketplace account actions.
- Marketplace policy changes.
7. Escrow and Settlement
QwickPe may temporarily hold transaction funds through a safeguarded settlement mechanism.
Funds may remain locked until:
- Delivery confirmation.
- Return period expiration.
- Dispute resolution.
- Fraud verification.
QwickPe reserves the right to delay settlements when fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or investigations are suspected.
8. Fraud Prevention
QwickPe may:
- Review transactions.
- Request additional information.
- Request identity verification.
- Request transaction evidence.
- Suspend transactions.
- Freeze settlements.
- Restrict accounts.
Any suspected fraud may result in permanent account termination.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in:
- Identity fraud.
- Credit card fraud.
- Money laundering.
- Fake purchases.
- Reward abuse.
- Cashback abuse.
- Chargeback fraud.
- Illegal transactions.
- Unauthorized use of payment instruments.
Violations may result in:
- Permanent account suspension.
- Fund withholding.
- Legal action.
- Reporting to authorities.
10. Fees
QwickPe may charge:
- Platform fees.
- Membership fees.
- Service fees. if applicable
- Dispute handling fees. if applicable
- Convenience fees. if applicable
Applicable fees will be disclosed before transaction confirmation wherever required.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, content, software, designs, graphics, and technology associated with QwickPe remain the exclusive property of QwickPe.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
QwickPe does not guarantee:
- Availability of offers.
- Availability of discounts.
- Savings amounts.
- Marketplace performance.
- Delivery timelines.
- Successful transactions.
Offer eligibility may vary and can change at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QwickPe shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses.
- Consequential losses.
- Lost profits.
- Lost savings.
- Product issues.
- Marketplace failures.
- Banking actions.
- Delivery disputes.
QwickPe's maximum liability shall not exceed the platform fee earned from the disputed transaction.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless QwickPe, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:
- User misconduct.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Violation of law.
- Violation of these Terms.
15. Suspension and Termination
QwickPe may suspend or terminate any account without notice if:
- Fraud is suspected.
- Policies are violated.
- Platform abuse occurs.
- Security risks are identified.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
