How QwickPe Works for Buyers & Cardholders

Find an eligible offer and follow the deal in one place.

The buyer starts the shopping journey, reviews the amount shown by QwickPe and tracks the resulting order from History.

Important: Pay only through the payment method displayed inside the active QwickPe flow. Never share a PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password.

Choose a supported shopping journey

Open a supported marketplace from QwickPe, find the product and review the offer information available at that time.

Start the Buyer deal

Confirm the product, delivery information and displayed transaction summary before submitting the request.

Pay the confirmed QwickPe amount

Use only the payment route shown in the app. The deal moves ahead after the payment is verified.

Wait for the matched Cardholder

An eligible Cardholder reviews the request and completes the merchant checkout under the displayed conditions.

Track the order and saving

Use History and Notifications to follow order details, delivery, return status and the final transaction outcome.

Review each request before choosing to participate.

The Cardholder can see the product, required amount and disclosed earning before accepting an eligible matched deal.

Stay in control: Use your card only on the supported merchant checkout. Do not send full card details, CVV, PIN or OTP to another user.

Add or review eligible cards

Keep the relevant card profile up to date so the app can show requests that may match its offer conditions.

Review the matched request

Check the product, amount, offer context, delivery details and disclosed earning before continuing.

Accept within the active window

Accept only when you can complete the merchant checkout within the time and conditions shown in the app.

Complete the merchant order

Pay on the supported merchant checkout, verify the final order information and submit the valid order ID requested by QwickPe.

Track completion and earning

Follow the deal from Earning and History. Release timing depends on completion, return status and the applicable policy.

Wallet & withdrawal

Every hold, credit, release and refund has a status.

Wallet and History explain what happened to a transaction and what action, if any, is still required.

Payment is verified

The deal does not move forward until the buyer payment reaches the verification state required by the app.

Amount may remain locked

During an active deal, a hold or processing state can remain visible while order and payment events are checked.

Completion, cancellation or refund is recorded

The transaction timeline reflects the applicable result. External bank or payment-provider processing time may also apply.

Withdraw an eligible balance

Open Wallet, verify the requested payout details, submit the withdrawal and track its current status.

Safety & support

Pause when the screen and the request do not match.

QwickPe provides status, history and support surfaces, but users must still verify each live transaction and follow the terms shown for it.

No other buyer, Cardholder or support agent needs your complete card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or banking password.

Review the product, amount, role, fee or earning and current status before every payment or merchant checkout action.

Use in-app history and support

Keep the deal ID and order ID available. Report a mismatch through the Help Centre rather than arranging an off-platform payment.
